These terms govern your use of the apps published by Zone7 Studios Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”) and of this website. By installing or using one of our apps, you agree to them.
Some of our apps publish their own terms, which cover anything specific to that app — Ethereal, Brume, Sylph, Lore and Baton each have a page linked below. Where an app has its own terms and they differ from this page, the app's own terms apply to that app. For every other app we publish, this page is the whole of the terms.
Our apps are made for entertainment, relaxation and everyday practical use. They are provided as-is, for personal, non-commercial use.
None of them is a medical device, and none makes a health claim: nothing we publish diagnoses, treats, manages or monitors any health condition. Our relaxation and breathing apps are not a substitute for professional care — if you have a health concern, please talk to a qualified health professional.
Where an app measures, times or calculates something — a sensor reading, a metronome beat, a calculation or a conversion — treat the result as a helpful approximation, not a calibrated instrument. Don't rely on any of our apps where an inaccurate result could cause harm, loss or injury, and don't rely on them in place of professional advice.
Where an app plays sound, use moderate volumes, particularly with headphones, overnight, or when casting through a PA — and don't use it in a situation where you need to hear your surroundings.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer an app, or extract or redistribute its bundled content, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Where an app offers a Pro upgrade, it is an optional one-time purchase made through Google Play, priced in your local currency. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel. The purchase is processed by Google Play under its own terms and covers any device signed into the same Google account, via Play's normal restore mechanism; refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. A refunded and revoked purchase relocks the paid features.
Some of our apps are free in full, with nothing to buy.
This site and our app sites are provided for information. They set no cookies, run no analytics, and never host app downloads — every install comes from Google Play. See our privacy policy for the detail.
Our apps and this website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep them stable and pleasant to use, but we cannot guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zone7 Studios Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our apps or this website. Where our liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the app or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing here affects any consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it last changed.
